We are looking for a Test Lead for an exciting and challenging position! This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management and delivery of SIT and UAT (System Integration and User Acceptance Testing) in Waterfall environments;
• Oversee multiple test teams, and assure project delivery, including hybrid onshore/offshore teams;
• Plan and delivery of test initiatives for complex programmes;
• Implement processes to deliver high quality test artefacts to support test delivery (Test Prep, Execution, Reporting & Closure);

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with complex projects with multiple deliveries across several platforms, with gaps in documentation available (user stories missing detail and acceptance criteria, etc), with high number of Change Requests submitted throughout delivery and test phase;
• Must be comfortable with the need to replan often and to review the approach to accommodate for delays in delivery of some requirements, etc;
• Solid experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Excel and Power BI. Must be able to setup dashboards in JIRA, analysis over JIRA and Zephyr (leveraging complex Excel spreadsheets) and able to create and manage PowerBI reports;
• Ability to deal with customer stakeholders at all levels;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Agile Methodology;
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager/Foundation Level;
• Nice to have: experience in SAPIENS Software;
• Nice to have: Able to speak other languages (French, German or Spanish).
