QualityAI is seeking a TestLead to drive end-to-end test delivery from Lisbon in a hybrid role. You will manage SIT and UAT efforts, coordinate onshore and offshore teams, and implement governance for test artefacts to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Excel, and Power BI, plus Agile methodologies and ISTQB Advanced Test Manager/Foundation Level. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

• Experience leading SIT & UAT in Waterfall environments.
• Oversee multiple test teams including hybrid onshore/offshore delivery.
• Implement test governance and dashboards to support test delivery and reporting.
