About The Role

We are looking for a QA Automation Lead to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client’s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects with talented colleagues in an international environment while developing your domain knowledge working for a top company.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end Quality Engineering model.
• Establish Quality Gates, quality KPIs and SLAs, and the traceability model (requirements-tests-defects).
• Lead the implementation of the Quality Office.
• Coordinate testing teams across manual and automation streams.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, Cypress, etc.).
• Solid experience in API and integration testing.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Programming skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript).
• Experience with test data management and environment configuration.
