What You Can Do:

• Work in a day shift model according to a defined Confluence schedule
• Handle support requests and tasks using JIRA
• Analyze and fix existing bugs in Angular and Java applications
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation (using tools such as Google Translate or Copilot when needed)
• Create, execute, and maintain automated smoke tests
• Build and maintain Splunk dashboards for monitoring and analysis
• Generate evaluations and reports using MongoDB
• Collaborate closely with team members in an international environment to ensure service quality and system stability

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT‑related role
• General interest in IT topics and modern technologies
• Flexible and adaptable mindset
• Quick perception and ability to understand new topics rapidly
• Strong team player, comfortable working in an international environment
• Service‑oriented attitude with a focus on quality and reliability

Education

• University/technical college degree in computer science or comparable.

Language Skills

• English oral and written
