Zühlke Engineering AG is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to drive software delivery in an Agile environment. You will own program increments, sprint planning, and ensure predictable delivery across multi‑team projects in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence. English fluency is essential, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive global team.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years leading software delivery in agile environments.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience releasing pipelines and coordinating multi-platform deployments.
Strong risk and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

Own program increment and sprint delivery planning, driving team velocity and delivery efficiency.
Measure and report on delivery metrics, story completion, and on-time delivery.
Coordinate release readiness and manage platform dependencies with DevOps.
Identify delivery risks early and lead mitigation strategies across squads.
Facilitate sprint cycles and continuous process improvements with the Scrum Master.
