What you’ll do

• Collaborate closely within an interdisciplinary, product‑focused team alongside developers, operations specialists, and product owners
• Take ownership of ensuring and continuously improving product quality through a balanced mix of automated and manual testing practices
• Advance test automation with a strong focus on increasing both quality and coverage
• Continuously improve test processes, tools, and the overall test automation strategy

What you’ll need

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field – career changers with a strong passion for IT are also welcome
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role
• A strong drive to identify and analyze defects across development, design, and logic
• Solid experience in both automated and manual testing of backend applications, covering functional and non‑functional requirements
• A clear commitment to and passion for test automation
• Confidence in reading and analyzing source code and log files, along with the ability to conduct in‑depth technical research
• Hands‑on experience with at least three of the following technologies and tools:
• A collaborative mindset, paired with the confidence to share ideas, perspectives, and insights
• A proactive attitude and strong intrinsic motivation to drive impact for your product, your team, and your own development
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
