Manning Global AG in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Test Analyst to join our client’s IT services team. You will design and execute test cases based on project requirements and acceptance criteria, with a strong emphasis on manual testing and quality validation.

Responsibilities include writing and maintaining manual test cases, executing tests, logging defects, and collaborating with developers and the Test Lead through the full test lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Experience designing and executing test cases from requirements.
• Manual testing across functional, regression, exploratory, and scenario testing.
• Collaborate with developers and Test Lead Engineer through the test lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SAFe and IoT testing ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on component and integration testing with IoT focus.
• Design and maintain manual test cases aligned to user stories.
• Execute tests and document results accurately.
• Identify, log, and track defects to resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and scenario testing.
• Collaborate with developers and Test Lead through lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SAFe.
• Work with Postman, SoapUI, SQL, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Nice to have: Kafka and Grafana.

Job Description:

Test Engineers usually work under the coordination of the Test Lead engineer and are responsible for designing and executing test cases based on project requirements and defined acceptance criteria.

They focus primarily on manual testing and play a key role in validating software quality through various testing types, including functional, regression, exploratory, and user scenario testing.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in component-level and integration testing, with strong exposure to IoT testing ecosystems.
• Designing and maintaining manual test cases aligned with user stories and requirements.
• Executing test cases and accurately documenting test results.
• Identifying, logging, and tracking defects through resolution.
• Performing functional, regression, exploratory, and scenario-based testing.
• Collaborating with developers and Test Lead Engineer thorough test lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SAFe(Scaled Agile Framework)
• Hands-on experience on tools Postman (advanced features), SoapUI, SQL, Docker/Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Good to have: experience on Kafka, Grafana
