Job summary

Match Profiler is seeking a QA Tester for a hybrid role based in Lisbon. The candidate will apply solid testing methodologies, write test cases, and validate requirements against the system, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps or Jira), and is comfortable with Power BI for data cross-validation. Hybrid setup with Lisbon-based operations is offered.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, smoke, and load testing).
• Ability to write test cases and define corresponding test scenarios.
• Understanding of functional requirements, including reading and interpreting User Stories, Use Cases, and business workflows.
• Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps Test Plans or Jira.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies between User Stories/requirements and actual system behaviour.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Extensive experience with SQL.
• Data validation using SQL and cross-validation of data between SQL and Power BI.

QA Tester - Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the Role
