Merit Medical invites applications for a Tender & Contract Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of tenders and contracts, ensuring timely, compliant submissions aligned with business goals.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Regulatory, Legal, and HR to maintain awarded tenders in Oracle and to optimize catalogues and pricing strategies, with a focus on accuracy and cross-regional collaboration.

Qualificações

• : Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• : 2+ years in tender or contract management preferred.
• : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.
• : Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• : Experience with tender portals and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
• : Experience in cross-functional/international environments.
• : Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• : Other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Tender intelligence: monitor tender alerts and identify opportunities.
• Submission excellence: prepare and submit compliant tender applications.
• Strategic coordination: work with Sales on pricing strategies and timely submissions.
• Contract administration: manage awarded tenders in Oracle and ensure compliance.
• Catalogue management: keep e-catalogues and classifications up to date.
• Performance insights: analyze contract awards, pricing and usage trends.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams.
• Sales enablement: inform Sales of upcoming tender renewals.
• Continuous improvement: contribute to process improvements across regions.
• Provide support with additional tasks as needed.
