Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex telecommunications projects. You will drive design, integration, validation, and acceptance across cross-functional teams including Managed Services, NPI, Care, and R&D.

The role requires strong experience in telecom software delivery, Unix/Linux expertise, and familiarity with OSS/BSS environments.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Technical Project Management within Telecom software development, implementation, or system integration environments.
Familiarity with software-based telecom solutions and delivery processes.
Experience coordinating complex application integration projects across multiple domains and stakeholders.
Strong customer engagement and communication skills; PMI certification is a plus.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle and multi-team coordination.
Lead project initiation, planning, and execution activities with clear milestones.
Coordinate cross-domain dependencies and track progress against milestones.
Identify risks and define mitigation plans for delivery success.
Produce regular status reports detailing progress, issues, and next steps.
Manage customer-facing activities and act as technical single point of contact.
Collaborate with R&D to address product-related challenges and ensure quality.
Review and validate technical documentation (HLD, LLD, SVS, Test strategies).
