Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced telecom deployment specialist to lead ISBC/SBC deployments across multi-operator and roaming environments. You will coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and migrations.

You will review LLDs and MOPs, validate test plans, and supervise LAB and production activities with a focus on quality, governance and timely delivery. Hybrid work model and international projects are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IMS Core, VoLTE architecture, SIP signaling and telecom interconnect environments.
• Proven deployment/integration of ISBC/SBC in multi-vendor/multi-operator setups.
• Strong understanding of core network, roaming services and interconnect gateways.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of ISBC across multi-operator and roaming environments.
• Manage projects involving IMS, VoLTE Core, Diameter/RADIUS platforms and interconnect gateways.
• Create migration and implementation plans aligned with customer and business requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, operations and customer stakeholders.
