Capgemini Engineering is seeking a senior project manager to lead complex telecommunications programs across telecom core networks, cloud and data center environments. You will drive end-to-end delivery, production deployments, and cross-functional coordination with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include defining objectives, managing risks, and guiding solution integration, testing, and deployment while ensuring contractual commitments and KPIs are met.

Qualificações

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex, cross-domain technical projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects within Telecom Core Networks, Cloud and Data Center environments.
• Strong experience leading production deployments, migrations and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with end-to-end delivery accountability.
• Proven experience supporting pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, estimation and risk management.
• Strong understanding of system engineering, integration methodologies and solution lifecycle management.
• Experience with configuration management and change management processes.
• Good knowledge of telecom operator environments, business models and technology drivers.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern infrastructure environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams, stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Strong leadership, project management and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and priorities effectively.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex telecommunications projects with full end-to-end accountability for delivery, integration and customer acceptance.
• Plan, coordinate and govern production deployments across multiple environments, ensuring alignment between project and operational teams.
• Lead daily deployment readiness and coordination forums to align activities, dependencies, risks and deployment schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring delivery priorities are aligned.
• Collaborate with customers to identify project objectives, define priorities and support network transformation initiatives.
• Lead technical workstreams including Analysis & Design, Integration, Verification and Validation activities.
• Ensure successful solution integration, testing, deployment and acceptance according to contractual commitments and project scope.
• Coordinate the resolution of technical issues, production incidents and deployment challenges with engineering and operations teams.
• Establish and align operational support processes to ensure solution stability and long-term service continuity.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by supporting solution scoping, estimation, delivery planning and risk assessment.
• Lead technical discussions and negotiations while driving execution across multiple project streams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project governance, quality standards and KPIs are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to support successful project outcomes.
• Advise customers on network evolution opportunities and contribute to service expansion and project growth initiatives.
• Document project decisions, deployment plans, governance processes and technical delivery frameworks.
