Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex telecom projects. You will coordinate with Managed Services, NPI, Care, R&D, and customers, acting as the technical reference throughout the lifecycle.

You will drive execution from initiation to acceptance, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. English fluency required.

Qualificações

• Experience in technical project management for telecom software, systems, or integration.
• Strong understanding of application integration projects in multi-domain ecosystems.
• Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux and DB technologies (Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL).
• Familiarity with IP networking and telecom protocols (Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP/XML, SNMP).
• Experience with Cloud and Virtualized environments (VNF, CNF, VMware, OpenStack, CBIS, CBAM, NCS, NCOM).
• Experience with mobile core networks and related integration is valuable.
• PMI certification or project management background is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and drive project execution from initiation to acceptance.
• Plan activities, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for alignment and delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage customer-facing activities and relationships.
• Act as main interface between project teams and R&D.
• Review technical documents (HLD, LLD, SVS, Test Strategies, ATPs, MOPs).
• Coordinate testing, validation, acceptance, and integration.
• Ensure quality standards, governance, and delivery commitments.
