Prestige Talent is seeking a Computer Support Specialist in Braga, Portugal, on a contract basis. You will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues, and set up new systems to keep operations running smoothly.

You will monitor network security, maintain records of interactions, and train clients on proper usage. Strong hardware/software knowledge and independent, multi-tasking capabilities are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

2+ years experience in computer support or a similar role.
Experience with biometric passport technology is preferred.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and network protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email or remote access.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions.
Set up new systems by installing and configuring necessary software.
Monitor network performance and ensure security protocols are in place.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and solutions provided.
Train clients on proper usage of computer systems and software.
