Abroad Work is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Almada, Portugal. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain computer systems and networks for our clients.

Key duties include remote and on-site support via phone or email, setting up user accounts, performing backups, and training clients on new technology. A strong problem-solving mindset and good communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
• Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
• Install, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and networks
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
• Perform regular backups of important data
