Flyper is seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist in Braga, Portugal. You will diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, install systems and peripherals, and provide remote and in-person support to clients.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools (ping, tracert, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Biometric passport or valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.
