AquaNav in Braga is seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain computer systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a similar role, knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and OS, strong problem-solving and English communication; Portuguese a plus. This contract role offers urgent hire and accommodation if needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours if needed.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Braga. As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in computer maintenance and repair, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a contract position with an urgent need for immediate hire. Accommodation can be provided if necessary. The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
