Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, seeks a Technical Sales professional in the Lisbon area. You will compile, analyze, and present sales data; monitor market and competitive activity; and support pricing strategies and performance tools to measure strategy effectiveness.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in sales administration; proficiency with MS Office and CRM; strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Typically possesses Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience in sales administration.
• Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication and active listening skills.
• Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, analyzes, and generates reports of sales data.
• Monitors and analyzes competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
• Develops and prepares reports and performance management tools to track and measure strategy effectiveness.
• Uses data integration/migration and data extraction from multiple sources to define issues, establish facts, and draw conclusions for reporting.
• Prepares and presents findings to management with interpretation and recommendations.
• Supports the implementation of the Greif Business System.
• Utilizes lean tools and methodologies to develop and improve administrative processes.
• Supports the development of pricing strategies and develops tools to predict and track the impact of price adjustments.
• Stays up to date with new products and features.
