A Thaleria está à procura de um Recruiter Técnico para impulsionar iniciativas de recrutamento para clientes europeus, principalmente instituições e setor privado. O candidato ideal gerenciará o ciclo de recrutamento desde a prospeção até a integração bem-sucedida.

Esta posição híbrida tem base em Lisboa, com flexibilidade entre o escritório e trabalho remoto, exigindo excelente comunicação em inglês e capacidade de entender rapidamente requisitos tecnológicos e tendências do setor.

Qualificações

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita em inglês. Fluência em outros idiomas da UE é uma mais-valia.
• Qualquer experiência profissional em RH e/ou TI ou áreas relacionadas seria uma mais-valia.
• Disposição e capacidade de aprender rapidamente sobre os campos e tecnologias recrutados.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir a seleção de candidatos: contacto inicial, triagem, entrevistas, validação e follow-up.
• Desenvolver e manter uma rede internacional de candidatos qualificados.
• Auxiliar na preparação de pacotes de candidaturas.
• Colaborar com equipas de business development e delivery para entender necessidades.
• Promover a empresa através dos canais certos para aumentar o pool de candidatos.

Job Description

Thaleria is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help drive recruitment initiatives for projects with our clients, mainly European Institutions and private sector organizations.

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to help manage the recruitment life cycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring successful onboardings.

This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, with flexibility between office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing candidate selection: first contact, screening, qualifying interviews, validation and follow-up.
• Developing and maintaining an international network of qualified technical candidates, including a constant pipeline for recurrent profiles.
• Assisting in the preparation of application packages.
• Working with business development and delivery teams to understand immediate and future needs.
• Helping market the company through the right channels to increase available candidates.

Job Requirements

• Any professional experience in HR and/or IT or related fields would be an asset.
