Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection.

• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
• Prepare and post announcements on multiple platforms.
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct phone surveys when needed.
• Source candidates across platforms and social networks.
• Conduct interviews and report to Business Managers.
• Edit CVs to the Decskill format.

We are searching for a IT Recruiter to work in Porto:

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
• Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.
• Analysis and selection of CV's.
• Phone surveys when necessary.
• Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks.
• Performing and conducting interviews with candidatesl.
• Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
• Editing CV's according to the Decskill format.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.
• At least 2 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection.
• Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles.
• Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.
• A team player with a spirit of collaboration.
• A person with a good working attitude and commitment.
• Be results-oriented.
• Speak other languages, like English.
