About The Role

The Project Manager – GenAI and Automation is a delivery-focused role within the Applied AI – AI Productivity and Custom GPT Solutions Practice. The role manages the end-to-end delivery of GenAI assistants, agents, Custom GPTs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, AI-enabled applications, reusable AI capabilities, and intelligent automation initiatives.

This project manager partners closely with product owners, architects, engineers, data and platform teams, business subject-matter experts, cybersecurity, privacy, responsible AI, enterprise architecture, DevOps, and external partners. The role is accountable for delivery planning, Agile execution, cross-team coordination, risk and dependency management, stakeholder communication, governance readiness, and operational handover across geographically distributed teams in Portugal, the United States, and India.
