In this role, you will manage projects from inception to delivery, promote Generative AI initiatives, and facilitate training sessions. Ideal candidates will have experience in technology project management, a solid understanding of Generative AI, and excellent communication skills. Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager Gen AI to join a leading energy company in Portugal where innovation, sustainability, and excellence are the pillars of their success. What you will do

End-to-end management of projects related to Generative AI, from requirements definition to delivery and performance monitoring;
Internal promotion of Generative AI initiatives, encouraging practical application in business-relevant contexts;
Facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment of expectations, mutual understanding, and focus on objectives;
Designing and delivering training and capacity-building sessions on Gen AI concepts and applications, tailored to different internal audiences;
Keeping up with technological developments in the field and proposing new application opportunities;
Promoting a culture of experimentation, responsible innovation, and continuous learning.

What you are like

Experience in managing technology projects, preferably with prior involvement in AI or digital transformation initiatives;
Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, content automation, etc.);
Clear and empathetic communication skills, with the ability to adapt language for different audiences (technical and business);
Experience with OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI will be a plus;
Proactive mindset and initiative in driving innovative projects;
Experience (or strong interest) in facilitating training sessions, workshops, or awareness initiatives on Gen AI;
Results-oriented profile with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills;
