What You Will Do?

• Define resource requirements and establish project timelines to ensure successful execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project resources in collaboration with business owners, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and within budget.
• Define and enforce quality standards for all project deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, function and process owners, IT support, and core teams, to drive project success.
• Ensure effective use of project management tools and systems to track task completion across multiple workstreams.
• Lead and manage the project team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance oversight.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing deviations from objectives.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Oversee project financials, ensuring timely invoicing of milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure an exceptional stakeholder experience through clear communication, issue resolution, and professional engagement.
• Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of project progress, escalating risks and roadblocks in a timely manner.
• Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to internal teams and external customers.

What You Will Bring?

• A background in Business Administration or Linguistics is highly valuable.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in AI-driven projects or fast-paced startup environments.
• Proven experience in managing teams, providing mentorship, and driving high performance.
• PMI PMP certification or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe) is desirable.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, financial control, and cost management within projects.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project planning tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
