act digital in Portugal seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and production-support projects in a hybrid Lisboa environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across cloud, on‑prem, devops, and middleware, driving governance, SLAs and continuous improvement. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with project management in an international technology setting, offering a hybrid model in Lisbon or Porto.

Qualificações

• Experience leading infrastructure, production support, or application support projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux, Oracle, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace preferred).
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join an international technology environment, working across Production Support and Infrastructure Project Management initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with project leadership responsibilities, supporting critical business applications and production environments while driving infrastructure transformation projects.

Work Model

• Hybrid model (Lisbon or Porto) 2/3x in the office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, production support, cloud, networking, and middleware specialists.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable production solutions.
• Drive project governance activities, including status reporting, steering committees, and risk management.
• Support production environments and ensure operational stability, resilience, and compliance with internal standards.
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes.
• Contribute to cloud transformation initiatives, DevOps adoption, and modernization projects.
• Oversee technical transitions into production and ensure smooth handover to support teams.
• Identify infrastructure optimization opportunities and manage technical obsolescence and decommissioning activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in IT Project Management within infrastructure, production support, or application support environments.
• Solid understanding of Production Support, Run-the-Bank operations, and IT Operations.
• Previous experience managing complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux, Oracle, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and infrastructure environments.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, preferably Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with project management platforms such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of technologies such as WebSphere, Autosys, and CFT is highly valued.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
