act digital in Portugal seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and production-support projects in a hybrid Lisboa environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across cloud, on‑prem, devops, and middleware, driving governance, SLAs and continuous improvement. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with project management in an international technology setting, offering a hybrid model in Lisbon or Porto.

Qualificações

• Experience leading infrastructure, production support, or application support projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux, Oracle, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace preferred).
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery within time, budget, and quality targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infra, production support, cloud, networking and middleware.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable production solutions.
• Drive project governance with status reporting, steering committees, and risk management.
• Support production environments to ensure stability, resilience, and compliance.
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes.
• Contribute to cloud transformation and DevOps modernization initiatives.
• Oversee production handovers to support teams.
• Identify infrastructure optimization opportunities and manage obsolescence.
