Bloq.it is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery across software, firmware, and hardware, coordinating multiple teams from planning through live fleet rollout.

You will align product, engineering, operations, and manufacturing across countries and time zones, establishing cadences, reporting, and readiness checkpoints, while continuously improving delivery workflows.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Delivery Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, or similar role.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex multi-team initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multi-stage delivery across DEV/QA/UAT/PROD environments including rollout and rollback.
• Proficiency in Jira dashboards, workflows, reporting, and automation.
• Strong understanding of product development and software delivery lifecycles across technical and operations teams.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives spanning software, hardware, and operations — from planning to live on the fleet.
• Coordinate planning, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across countries and time zones.
• Turn new capabilities into on-the-ground implementations with Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Success.
• Establish delivery cadences and transparent reporting across the organization.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Own deployment and rollout planning with phased rollouts and readiness checks.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go readiness checkpoints for milestones.
• Own and improve delivery workflows, governance, and tooling including Jira structures and automation.
