Fyld seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT delivery across multiple projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure on-time, on-budget execution in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

You will bridge business and technical teams, report to stakeholders, and foster collaboration, growth, and delivery excellence within a consulting-oriented culture. English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven Delivery Manager / IT Delivery Manager experience.
• Experience delivering IT projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across projects.
• Ability to manage planning, scope, timelines, risks and budgets.
• Experience preparing executive status reports for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting and multi-client projects.
• Bridge business and technical teams to enable decisions.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master/SAFe) a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT delivery across multiple projects to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, timelines, risks and budgets.
• Prepare executive project reporting and communicate status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Foster collaboration between business and technical teams to remove delivery obstacles.
