Bloq.it is seeking a Technical Success Engineer in Lisbon to bridge customer needs and engineering. You will be the technical contact for clients, influence deployments, and ensure scalable, reliable delivery of Bloq.it solutions.

You’ll read Python and JavaScript, work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and collaborate across teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive long-term customer success. Fluency in English is required and remote-friendly policy is offered.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager, or related field.
• Strong technical ability to understand and explain complex systems.
• Ability to read Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and improving processes from scratch.
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, bridging needs and engineering teams.
• Influence the implementation of Bloq.it’s solutions for new and existing customers.
• Proactively monitor data to ensure customer success.
• Create and apply mitigations to fleet-wide issues.
• Provide technical guidance on the solution’s architecture, APIs, and functionality.
• Develop and improve processes to streamline delivery and scalability.
• Support customers post-sales by troubleshooting issues and advising on best practices.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to address client inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.
• Design and present business cases or technical challenges to assess and refine customer-specific processes.
