CB Talents is partnering with a world-leading American AI company to hire English-speaking Technical Customer Support Experts in Lisbon. You will assist users with cutting-edge AI tools, manage account queries, and handle platform troubleshooting.

This full-time role (40 hours/week, 24/7 rotating shifts) offers a 12-month renewable contract, 15 days of paid onboarding, and a relocation package with housing.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (written & spoken)

• Experience in technical customer support is advantageous

Join a world-leading American AI company in vibrant Lisbon! We are looking for English-speaking Technical Customer Support Experts to assist users with cutting-edge AI tools, platform troubleshooting, and account management.

Overview & Schedule

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week, 24/7 rotating shifts)
• Contract: 12-month renewable (path to permanent after 2 years)
• Training: 15 days of paid onboarding

Compensation Options

• Option A (With Accommodation): €1,259.33/month total gross + up to €200/month bonus
• Option B (Without Accommodation): €1,320.67/month total gross + up to €200/month bonus (Includes base salary, €154/month tax-free meal allowance, and pro-rated holiday/Christmas pay)
