A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Technical Customer Support Advisor. You will support users of a leading search-engine company with customer and technical questions. As a Dutch-speaking technical support advisor you will help customers of a search-engine company with technical and general questions.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer and technical support contacts
• Ask probing questions to identify the technical issue and guide the customer through troubleshooting
• Provide accurate, complete information using the right tools
• Document each case accurately
• Meet quality and case-handling targets

What we are looking for

• Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and fluent English (B2+), spoken and written
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Customer-service or technical-support experience is a plus

What we offer

• Salary: €1,100 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Performance bonus: up to €120 gross per month
• Complexity bonus: €135 per month
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Welcome bonus: €2,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments over the first year
• Private health insurance: available from day 1 with a monthly contribution, free after 6 months on the contract

Relocation support

• Candidates relocating from abroad: a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent and utilities deducted directly from your payslip (details shared during screening)
• Flight tickets are not reimbursed

Location, hours & start

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal - on-site
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-20:00 (rotating shifts); Saturday-Sunday, 08:00-17:00 (rotating shifts)
• Contract: Full-time, 6-month contract
