Hiring International is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative for French-speaking customers. This fully remote role from Portugal lets you handle technical inquiries, perform basic SQL checks, and keep customers informed with clear solutions.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native French (C1–C2).
• English level B1–B2.
• Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data checks).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely with digital tools.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, not mandatory.

Office Presence: Porto office visit once every 3 months

Schedule: Monday to Friday

What Were Looking For

• French: Fluent / Native (C1–C2)
• English: B1–B2 level
• Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data checks, troubleshooting mindset)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely with digital tools
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory
