Hiring International in Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Service Representative. You’ll handle technical and data-related inquiries with basic SQL, supporting a global brand while working fully remotely from Portugal.

Work Monday to Friday with quarterly Porto office visits. The role focuses on accurate case documentation, high-quality support, and collaboration with internal teams to improve service, all while maintaining a remote-first culture.

Qualificações

• French: Fluent / Native (C1–C2).
• English: B1–B2 level.
• Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data checks, troubleshooting mindset).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely with digital tools.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.
