HPDRONES is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment process in Portugal. You will manage the full cycle from posting to onboarding, craft engaging job ads, and actively source candidates through networks and events.

You will conduct screenings and interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and help design onboarding programs to ensure fast productivity and a strong candidate experience. The role supports branding and growth with autonomy.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech/engineering/startups.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer and onboarding.
• Create compelling job advertisements and publish them across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Actively source candidates through networks and events.
• Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position HPDRONES as an employer of choice.
