Job summary

Foundever in Lisbon is seeking a French International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment—from screening to selection—while communicating the company's employee value proposition and career opportunities to candidates. You will coordinate interviews and assessments, and guide candidates through the selection process.

The role requires native or proficient French, advanced English, and the ability to work in a hybrid model from Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Native or proficient level of French
• Advanced English proficiency
• Nice to have Italian or Spanish knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking and client-focused mindset
• Efficient time management and ability to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from screening to selection.
• Communicate the company's value proposition to candidates and explain culture, values and career opportunities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and evaluations.
• Ensure data accuracy and use recruitment tools/ATS effectively.
• Meet targets set by coordinators and recruitment manager; share insights with the team.
• Participate in job fairs and external events to attract candidates.
• Contribute to process improvements and quality checks in recruitment
