Job summary

MULTIVISION is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle for IT and telecom roles in Lisbon. You will source, engage, screen and place top talent, collaborating with clients and hiring managers to hit recruitment targets.

Based on performance, you’ll benefit from bonuses and an uncapped commission structure, with on-site collaboration and the chance to grow within a fast-moving tech-focused team in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/tech.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Willing to work on-site in Lisbon.
