Multivision Consulting Group is seeking a sales professional to bridge IT/telecom expertise with top talent. You will identify and engage candidates, pitch opportunities, and negotiate offers, while aligning with client needs and growing your portfolio.

You will drive placements and client satisfaction, with a strong closing mindset and targets. This role is on-site in Lisbon and offers performance-based rewards and career progression.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Management, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong closing mindset and comfort with targets.
• Proactive, autonomous and humble with a 'builder' attitude.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.

• Identify, approach and win over top IT and telecom talent.
• Pitch opportunities and negotiate offers with candidates.
