LUZA Group is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to drive the technical design and architecture of features within a squad. You will ensure code quality, standards, and non-functional requirements are met while guiding the squad’s architectural priorities.

You have 4+ years in similar leadership roles, deep experience with Java (8/17/21), Spring Boot, Angular, and modern DevOps tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

• 4+ years in similar Tech Lead roles.
• Strong Java (8/17/21), Spring Boot, and JS/TS skills.
• Experience with Angular and modern CI/CD tools.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka.
• Experience in Agile environments and leading teams.
• English B1 minimum; French B2+ is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design and architecture of features within the Squad.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and non-functional requirements.
• Guide implementation of architectural priorities at squad level.
• Define and validate technical enablers and manage technical debt.
• Ensure solutions are integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee technical testing and compliance with non-functional requirements.
• Define and implement technical industrialisation and automation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
• Ensure quality and traceability of tasks in JIRA.
• Support and develop the technical skills of team members.
• Monitor technical debt and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll do:

• - Lead the technical design and architecture of features and solutions within the Squad;
• - Ensure compliance with technical standards, development best practices and non-functional requirements;
• - Guide the implementation of the technical architecture and technical priorities at Squad level;

Who You Are:

• - 4+ years of experience in similar Tech Lead roles;
• - Strong experience with Java (8/17/21), Spring Boot, JavaScript and TypeScript;
• - Strong knowledge of Angular;
• - Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Maven and IntelliJ;
• - Good knowledge of Oracle 19c and PostgreSQL;
• - Experience with REST APIs and application servers such as Tomcat;
• - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• - Knowledge of Kafka;
• - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices;
• - Experience leading development teams;
• - Ability to interpret and produce detailed technical and functional specifications;
• - English – B1 minimum; French – B2+ is a plus;
• - Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills;
• - Proactive mindset and ability to support the technical development of team members.
