Job summary

LUZA Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to oversee Datacenter and Private Cloud operations. You will design and optimize virtualization, storage and backup, while strengthening security, business continuity and disaster recovery.

You will lead automation efforts, implement IaC and monitoring, and contribute to architectural standards and roadmaps across large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting in complex infrastructure environments.
• Experience with enterprise networking, virtualization, storage and security.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation and evolution of Datacenter and Private Cloud infrastructure.
• Administer virtualization, storage, backup and critical systems.

What You'll do:

• Ensure the operation, availability and continuous evolution of Datacenter and Private Cloud infrastructure.
• Administer and optimize virtualization, storage, backup and critical systems platforms.
• Design, implement and manage network infrastructures, ensuring high levels of performance and resilience.
• Implement and strengthen security, business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, acting as a technical reference and escalation point.
• Develop automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions to optimize operations and processes.
• Implement and enhance monitoring, observability and capacity management tools.
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture, technical standards and technology roadmap definition.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and support infrastructure modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
