Job summary

LUZA Group seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to ensure operation and evolution of Datacenter and Private Cloud environments. You will optimize virtualization, storage, backup, and critical systems, while designing resilient networks and strengthening security.

Ideally you will lead complex initiatives, implement automation and IaC solutions, and contribute to the technology roadmap. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential for success in a fast-paced,

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex infrastructure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking, virtualization, storage, backup and security.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership on highly complex initiatives.
• Experience implementing automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation, availability and evolution of Datacenter and Private Cloud infrastructure.
• Administer and optimize virtualization, storage, backup and critical systems platforms.
• Design, implement and manage network infrastructures for high performance and resilience.
• Implement and strengthen security, business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, serve as a technical reference and escalation point.
• Develop automation and IaC solutions to optimize operations.
• Implement and enhance monitoring, observability and capacity management tools.
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture, standards and technology roadmap.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to support modernization and digital transformation.

• Implement and enhance monitoring, observability and capacity management tools.Contribute to infrastructure architecture, technical standards and technology roadmap definition.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and support infrastructure modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
