We seek a skilled Business Analyst in Lisbon to translate business needs into functional specifications and User Stories, document requirements, and maintain Story Maps and test documentation in close collaboration with business and technical teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• French – C1 and English – B2/C1.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications and User Stories.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and User Stories.
• Create and maintain Story Maps and test documentation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
• Support test preparation and execution and follow up on identified issues.
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Analyse data and validate requirements using SQL queries.
• Contribute to solution design, considering the technical architecture.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities.
• Support configuration and parameterisation activities when required.

What You'll do:

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• French – C1 and English – B2/C1;
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications and User Stories;
• Experience with Story Mapping, test documentation and test execution;
• Experience creating functional and technical documentation;
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Good knowledge of SQL and database models;
• Good understanding of technical architectures;
• Experience working with Agile methodologies;
• Experience in User Story writing;
• Banking industry experience is a plus;
• Experience with parameterisation and configuration is a plus;
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills;
• Autonomous, proactive and team‑oriented mindset.
