Qualificações

• Proficiency with OutSystems ODC and O11 — hands-on, production-grade experience.
• Minimum 3 years of OutSystems development with at least 1 year leading technical delivery.
• Strong backend and enterprise development experience with attention to technical debt vs speed.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• The technical architecture — design and build system architecture across the OutSystems estate and own development principles.
• You ensure the quality bar for all shipped features and live systems and guarantee production readiness.
• Provide technical direction of a small, high-autonomy team and uphold clear standards of correctness.
• Maintain portfolio integrity across built-for-purpose OutSystems applications and understand surrounding integrations.
• The ecosystem view — understand key systems and integrations and their roles.
• People growth — mentoring the team and aligning expectations; foster capability growth.
