OutSystems is seeking a Lead Developer in Portugal (remote) to drive the technical delivery of its most complex strategic projects and steer Expert Services. You will define CI/CD release strategies, govern Agentic Systems, and lead cross-functional teams across multiple delivery projects.

The role emphasizes strategic influence, advanced agent orchestration, memory management, and governance of non-deterministic outputs, with opportunities to shape the platform roadmap and tooling.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in software development.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering Expert Services.
• Certifications: OutSystems Expert Developer and Agentic AI Specialist.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical delivery of the most complex strategic projects with peak performance and security.
• Lead Expert Services, solving mission-critical issues with scalable architectures.
• Govern the lifecycle of Agentic Systems, integrating platform tools and pipelines.
• Define CI/CD release strategies with version control and feature toggling.
• Drive technical thought leadership, sharing blueprints and acceleration standards.
• Institutionalize Strategic Prompt Engineering and governance for non-deterministic outputs.
• Lead technical discovery and sizing for pre-sales with exec-level sessions.
• Leverage AI technologies to boost developer productivity and system intelligence.
