We Are META in Porto is seeking a Tech Lead Java Developer to guide complex backend initiatives and mentor a growing team. You will own architectural decisions, drive delivery with Java, Spring, and SQL, and collaborate across product, engineering, and QA in a hybrid Porto setting.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Java development, strong CI/CD experience, and hands-on Agile practices. Fluency in English (B2) and French (A2) is expected, with a willingness to work 2–3 days on-site weekly.

Important:

This position is Hybrid Work Model based in Porto 2 to 3 x week. Candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered
