Talent Search People seeks a Team Leader for a multinational setting in Porto. You will provide strategic, operational support to multiple teams and drive performance through KPI-focused leadership. The role requires German as a native language and English at B2 level, with prior team management experience.

You will coordinate meetings, develop improvements, and foster a collaborative environment while navigating a fast-paced shared services landscape. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualificações

• University degree or master’s degree required.
• German native and English at least B2 are mandatory.
• At least 2 years in roles like client support, sales, marketing, or shared services.
• Experience in team management and knowledge of project management.
• Ability to connect with a diverse team and focus on human dynamics behind metrics.
• Thrives in fast-paced BPO environments with constant changes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational support to different teams.
• Coordinate the team, stimulate motivation and spirit.
• Ensure service and process execution according to defined KPIs.
• Report performance and quality metrics.
• Coordinate multifunctional meetings to discuss results and action plans.
• Develop innovative, operational solutions and foster continuous improvement.
• Promote exchange of ideas and establish a network of contacts.
