Workwide in Lisbon is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead a sales team of up to 15 professionals selling advertising to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will set targets, monitor numbers and coach the team, reporting to the Assistant Manager and shaping sales strategy for the German-speaking markets.

The role focuses on escalations, training and organization to keep the team performing while driving revenue.

Qualificações

• German at C1 or higher and fluent English
• Sales experience in advertising/media/digital marketing
• Experience leading a team of 15
• Analytical approach driven by numbers
• Strong communication and ability to motivate an international team
