You will coach, motivate, and evaluate team performance while collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.

Qualificações

• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Portuguese desirable.
