Luxe Talent is seeking a Team Lead Retail Performance to drive sales performance and operational excellence across 8 stores in 3 markets. You will lead Store Management teams, partner with HQ, and support openings and ramp-ups in an international, fast-growing retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making and fluent English, with occasional travel to markets including the UK, Iberia, and beyond.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations, Regional Retail or similar roles.
• Proven experience in multi-store retail operations.
• Strong people leadership experience, ideally managing Area Managers, Team Leads or Regional Managers.
• Comfortable managing performance through others and leading teams across different markets.
• Structured, analytical and confident working with KPIs and operational metrics.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, pragmatic and comfortable working in a fast-growing and international environment.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Store Management team, ensuring clear priorities, strong people leadership and consistent execution.
• Directly manage Store Managers in the UK and lead the Iberia Regional Manager across Portugal and Spain.
• Drive retail performance across markets, focusing on sales, conversion, customer experience and cost efficiency.
• Define and ensure consistent implementation of retail standards, processes and ways of working.
• Act as a key link between Retail Operations, HQ and store teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
• Support new store openings, ramp-ups and stabilization from an operational and leadership perspective.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance trends and use data to drive priorities and decision-making.
• Contribute to building a scalable retail leadership culture based on accountability, collaboration and customer experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:
