Prada in Lisbon seeks a dynamic Team Manager to lead a high-performing retail team. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while prioritizing client experience and brand storytelling.

Your focus will be on achieving sales targets through proactive coaching, CRM-driven clienteling, and collaboration with Store leadership. You will drive performance conversations, optimize operations on the selling floor, and ensure exceptional service across all client journeys.

• Proven experience leading retail teams in luxury fashion.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor and develop staff.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets with a client-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train and coach the store team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Proactively drive sales goal achievement and maximize store performance.
• Conduct regular performance conversations with team members and implement development plans.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to recruit, onboard and retain talent.
• Deliver clienteling initiatives and train Advisors on journey, data collection and outreach.
• Maintain a positive work environment and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
