SIXT Lisbon is hiring a Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and assess top candidates using active sourcing across platforms and databases. You’ll conduct initial interviews, representing SIXT and its culture to candidates.

You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to craft effective sourcing strategies. We value creative outreach, strong English skills, and a passion for talent market insights.

Qualificações

• Experience in Talent/Active Sourcing/Headhunting
• Experience using professional networks and social platforms for candidate search
• Ability to craft outreach messages and engage passive candidates
• Excellent English skills; other languages are a plus

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You use various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, job boards, databases, professional networks, and industry events to identify potential candidates
• You conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success while acting as an ambassador for SIXT
• You develop a sourcing strategy in close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
• You stay up to date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and talent market insights

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You already have some (first) experience in the field of Talent/Active Sourcing/Headhunting, at an headhunting agency or inhouse
• Tools You have experience with business networks (especiallyLinkedIn) and Boolean search
• Motivation You don't give up easily and enjoy finding new and creative ways to reach out to people
• Languages You have very goodEnglish skills, other languages are a plus
