SIXT in Lisbon is seeking a motivated Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for non-tech and high-volume roles. You will engage candidates, screen applications, interview, and negotiate offers to support our growing teams.

You will collaborate with external partners and track KPIs to continually refine our hiring process, while maintaining an international, fast-paced environment with hybrid work arrangements.

Formación

• Completed degree and proven experience in recruitment roles.
• Understanding of roles and can distinguish between specialized skills and expertise areas.
• Solid stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high-volume recruiting.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn from specialists.
• Proactive communicator in English in an international setting.

Responsabilidades

In this role, you’ll be a key part of finding, engaging, and selecting top talent to support our company’s success. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You take ownership of recruiting top talent for various non-tech and high volume roles across our teams in Lisbon, ensuring a smooth and high-quality process from start to finish
• You lead end-to-end recruitment, from finding the right channels to screening applications, conducting interviews, and handling offer negotiations
• You guide candidates through each step, building a strong rapport and acting as a trusted advisor for both candidates and hiring managers
• You collaborate with external recruitment partners (if necessary) to create a strong talent pipeline
• You track and use recruiting KPIs to continually refine and improve our hiring process

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience and Education You have a completed degree and proven experience in recruitment roles
• Business understanding You understand various roles and can easily distinguish between specialized skills and expertise areas
• Stakeholder Management You bring solid experience in stakeholder management
• Environment You have previous experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally with recruitment of high volume positions as well as specialized roles
• Team spirit You’re eager to develop further, enjoy working with a collaborative team of recruiters and sourcers, and are excited to learn from specialists across various areas
• Soft Skills and Language You are proactive and a strong communicator, enjoy working in an international environment and feel equally at home in English
